Coast Marina RV Resort is a private RV Retreat, not intended as a primary residence, located just 5 miles from the Central Oregon Coast town of Florence Oregon. Membership into Coast Marina RV Association, Inc, provides for a dedicated RV space, use of the modern clubhouse and 500 foot boat dock situated on the Siuslaw River.
Resort Design. Coast Marina is not an RV Park, we do not rent to the public. We are a private membership resort designed for the enjoyment of the membership. The Resort has 27 spaces fronting the Siuslaw River. These spaces are restricted to Class A Coaches only. The remaining 18 spaces, open to Coaches, Travel Trailers and 5th Wheel Trailers, are all roadside spaces most with partial views of the river.
Management. The Resort is managed and funded as a HOA with CCRs and Bylaws. A President and Board of Directors oversee the operation. The Resort employs a full time Resident Manager for security and maintenance, and a Property Manager to handle financial bookkeeping.
Spaces Are Available. Currently there are several spaces available for sale by the individual members.
